2.Pick-and-Place Operation: The feeder is integrated into the SMT pick-and-place machine. During operation, the pick-and-place machine's nozzle approaches the feeder, identifies and picks up the component using suction or mechanical grips.

3.Component Transfer: Once the component is picked up, the feeder releases it onto the placement head of the pick-and-place machine. The pick-and-place machine then precisely places the component onto the designated location on the PCB.

4.Repeat Process: The feeder continuously supplies components to the pick-and-place machine as per the programmed assembly sequence. This process repeats until all components are placed on the PCB.
