GSK800 SMT Splicing Tool ESD SMT Splice Cart. A trolley for the placement of splicing tool, clipsand tapes and equipped with rotatable wheels, it can be moved freely on different SMT production lines.
Applications:
1. Specifically crafted for SMT carrier tapes, ensuring precise and reliable splicing.
2. Designed to move effortlessly across different SMT production lines, adapting to varying operational needs.
3. Must be used with splicing tool GSMTL60, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
4. Facilitates easy operation with robust reliability, significantly improving production efficiency.

1.Incorporates Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection to prevent static damage in production environments.
2.Features rotatable wheels for omnidirectional movement around the production floor.
3.Offers adjustable height settings from 900mm to 1030mm, accommodating ergonomic preferences and operational comfort.

Instructions:
1.Customize the height of the SMT Splice Cart for optimal user comfort.
2.Position the component carrier tape using the 2mm or 4mm pitch placement pin guides.
3.Install GSM0700 clips onto the GSMTL60 tool for secure tape alignment.
4.Center both carrier tapes with the cover tape facing up on the pins and secure them with the clamps.
5.Use the handle to crimp and connect the carrier tapes, then apply a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.
