Instructions:
1. Adjust Height: Begin by adjusting the SMT Splice Cart to a suitable height for comfortable operation.
2. Position Carrier Tape: Place the component carrier tape on the 2mm or 4mm pitch placement pin guides.
3. Install Clips: Secure GSM0700 clips onto the GSMTL60 splicing tool.
4. Center and Secure: Center both carrier tapes (with the cover tape facing up) on the pins and secure them using the clamps.
5. Crimp and Connect: Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes and then remove them.
6. Apply Splice Tape: Add a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.
